#Mad max map crash fix update

Mobs scale at a higher rate now, and should reach 3x strength by level 90 instead of 100.See the mob affixes in detail on the wiki. This is because some of them would literally deal an ADDITIONAL 100% of their physical damage as an element. Before, running into an elemental affix meant certain doom. Mob affix weighting has been shifted, in general, the elemental affixes have lower weight now.

3 new mob affixes: Regenerative, Sanguine, and Deterministic (see wiki for details).

Non-map dimensions have had their tiers upped by 1 (except for the Overworld and Mirror dims).

2 new weapon types: Daggers, and Wands! More information below in Mine and Slash updates.

Max level has been increased from 100 to 120!.

Chilling Touch scaling has been reduced a smidge.

Defend now also provides a 15% damage reduction to all sources.

Animate Scythe now has an unscaling base value of 1, and it's description more accurately explains how it works.

Some effects like Burn, Wounds, Thorns, now have a minimum base value of 1.

Fixed NPE for Dodge Ignore (hopefully).

I've changed it to continue the regular curve, just 10x more experience for now.

Fixed experience curve not working past level 100.

At maximum level, you can now unlock a 3rd mastery tree.

Fixed legendary wand not having its name.Updated Craft to Exile Custom Uniques, Mine and Slash, Xaero's.
